Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Zeitarc mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Zeitarc is operated by ZeitSol ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms govern your use of the App and any related services.

Zeitarc is a mobile application that allows users to create and maintain digital timelines to document memories and milestones for their children and pets. Features include:

• Creating and managing personal timelines
• Adding photos, text, and milestone events
• Recording growth data, vaccinations, and other records
• Storing and organizing family memories

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the App.

Ownership:

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Zeitarc, including photos, text, and other materials ("User Content"). Your memories belong to you.

License to Us:

By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Content Guidelines:

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any law or third-party rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Infringes intellectual property rights

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

The App, including its design, features, and code (excluding User Content), is owned by ZeitSol and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our written permission.

"Zeitarc" and associated logos are trademarks of ZeitSol.

Zeitarc may offer premium features through subscription plans. If you purchase a subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your app store account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can manage subscriptions through your app store settings
• Refunds are subject to app store policies

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

While we take data security seriously and implement reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data. You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of important content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEITSOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeitSol, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ZeitSol is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
